The 2nd Circuit can vacate and remand an order to suppress evidence of drugs that is discovered as a result of a canine sniff, if the District Court fails to analyze the defendant's motion to suppress pursuant to the U.S. Supreme Court's 2005 decision in Illinois v. Caballes.
