Section 39-26 of the Connecticut Rules of Practice provides, relevantly, that '[a] defendant may withdraw his . . . plea of guilty . . . as a matter of right until the plea has been accepted . . .' and, there are no words in the rule that qualify the nature of the acceptance of a guilty plea and require that it be done explicitly.
