Walker v. Supeau

Under Connecticut General Statutes §52-46a, the plaintiff in any civil action for damages must return process in that action to the clerk of the Superior Court not later than six days before the return day in that action and a failure to do so will result in dismissal of the action for lack of personal jurisdiction.
