State v. Miscellaneous Fireworks

Although Connecticut General Statute §29-363 only explicitly refers to the defendant's right to appeal a decision from the special iin rem /iproceeding concerning seized fireworks, the state, an aggrieved party appealing from a final judgment ordering the return of seized fireworks, did not lack that same right.
