Subject to the exception in 11 U.S.C.A. §1112(b)(2), §1112(b)(1) mandates that the court dismiss or convert a Chapter 11 case where "cause" exists within the purview of §1112(b)(1) and the rule that the list in §1112(b)(4) is a non-exclusive list of examples of "cause" continues to be applicable.
