Carrozzella v. Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Wallingford

In the 2012 case of Mountain Brook Association, Inc. v. Zoning Board of Appeals, the Appellate Court construed the zoning regulations of the town of Wallingford and determined that play sets were not prohibited by the regulations in open space planned residential districts.
