State v. Taylor

Connecticut General Statutes §14-222(a), provides, relevantly, that "[n]o person shall operate any motor vehicle upon any public highway of the state ? recklessly ?" and C.G.S. §14-1(37) defines the term "public highway" as "any state or other public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, driveway, parkway or place, under the control of the state or any political subdivision of the state, dedicated, appropriated or opened to public travel or other use ?"
