Milford Paintball, LLC v. Wampus Milford Associates, LLC

Estoppel is an equitable doctrine and, as such, a court should consider the conduct of all interested parties. Milford Paintball, LLC, as tenant, and Wampus Milford Associates, LLC, as landlord, entered into a commercial lease agreement providing that Wampus would complete certain renovations within 90 days of Milford Paintball's receipt of zoning approval.
