Disclosure of a document to a former immigration detainee printed out from the "violent gang and terrorist organization file" from the NCIC, the National Crime Information Center computerized database, was barred by 8 C.F.R. §236.6 and, therefore, the document was exempt from disclosure under C.G.S. §1-210(a) of the Freedom of Information Act.
