Casella v. One Beacon Insurance Co.

A driver who possesses the option to take evasive action to avoid a collision can be found partially responsible for a motor-vehicle accident. On March 6, 2008, at approximately 10 a.m., the plaintiff's decedent, 23-year-old Marc Casella, was in a Honda and Michael Swierczynski was in a Ford truck.
