Liability under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, C.G.S. §42-110b(a), embraces a wider range of business conduct than does a common-law tort action. Landmark Investment Group, LLC, successfully brought a breach of contract action against Chung Family Realty Partnership, LLC, concerning Chung, LLC's contract to sell the plaintiff certain real property in Plainville requiring environmental remediation.
