Whereas, it is duly (and/or dully) noted that the current holiday calendar in the State of Connecticut fails to designate a day or days devoted to or otherwise intended to honor, glorify, laud, respect, or otherwise acknowledge the efforts, accomplishments, victories, defeats, platitudes and bromides of those engaged in the practice of law, whether in the areas, divisions, sectors or vectors of corporate, probate, elder, marital, contract, tax, personal injury, criminal, patent, immigration, emigration, advocacy, employment, civil rights, constitutional, scholarly, arbitration, mediation, litigation not otherwise specified, poverty, public interest, maritime, entertainment, educational, administrative or other pursuit and including but not limited to our Small Claims, Superior, Appellate and Supreme Judiciary;
