In a recent editorial, "Why Join the CBA?" (Law Tribune, Sept 27), you raised many interesting and important issues regarding the role of bar associations generally and of the CBA in particular. Some of your points are well-taken: lawyers, like other Americans, have been profoundly affected by the economy; traveling to meetings can be a significant challenge in Connecticut; low-cost and effective CLE is extremely important for all lawyers; re-evaluating how we deliver services to CBA members should be-and is-a priority.
