Not long ago, I was in my car, cruising the scenic lanes of the parking garage when I happened to prick my ears toward the radio. The story that caught my attention mentioned a company which shall remain anonymous. Let us just say that the company in question is colloquially known by its initials, has interests in petroleum, and recently made a generous but unintended gift of millions of gallons of its "black gold" to the wildlife and citizens of some southern states and their coastal waters.
