In the latest—and last—fee request submitted in connection with its work on the largest Chapter 11 case in U.S. history, Weil, Gotshal & Manges has racked up nearly $431.6 million in fees and some $11.1 million in expenses representing the bankrupt estate of Lehman Brothers over the past three-and-a-half years. Meanwhile, a federal judge has awarded two plaintiffs' firms a combined $56.7 million in fees for their work in a class action against the failed investment bank.
