Judges Have Sharp Words In Denying Bar Readmission For Former Bridgeport Mayor

Not only did a three-judge panel deny former Bridgeport Mayor Joseph P. Ganim reinstatement to the bar last week, but it had sharp words for a standing committee of Fairfield County lawyers that endorsed Ganim's bid to regain his license after serving seven years in prison after his 2003 conviction on 16 municipal corruption charges.
