What do Robert Holzberg, Jonathan Silbert, Beverly Hodgson and Elaine Gordon have in common? They all retired in their prime as judges of the Superior Court. Each was at the top of their game. Each, I suspect, retired because the grass, or at least the pay, really is greener on the other side of the bench. Why didn't we work harder to keep them o\in the courts?
