Plea Planned in Protester's Subpoenaed Tweets Case

Malcolm Harris would reserve his right to appeal the rulings in the criminal case, including the finding that he didn't have standing to challenge subpoenas for his Twitter information, said Harris' attorney, Martin Stolar.
