I'm certain that you have all been breathlessly awaiting my annual lunatic flight into verse, and struggling to maintain an adequate level of caffeination to read it. Happy Holidays to my faithful eleven-and-a-half readers and to my fellows in the profession. Once again, my enormous gratitude to Law Tribune editor Paul Sussman, who actually asks me to write things for him and is genuinely amused when I do.
