An Under-The-Radar Aspect Of Health Care Reform

Much has been written in the press recently about the constitutionality of the individual mandate under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and whether the Supreme Court, which heard oral arguments on the health care reform law in late March, will rule the mandate unconstitutional, thus striking down all or a portion of the landmark legislation.
