At an uncharacteristically brief Thursday hearing in the Dewey & LeBoeuf Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the judge overseeing the case approved the defunct firm's request to pay bonuses to two current employees and said he hopes to rule by Tuesday or Wednesday on a plan under which former partners would repay the Dewey estate a total of $71.5 million.
