Did You Know? All Connecticut Law Tribune Print Subscribers now have online access included with their subscriptions? The Online Edition provides full access to the Connecticut Law Tribune Web page, including current news, court opinions, court calendars, public notices, and classified advertising. It also provides access to archives with full search capabilities and the ability to receive e-mail notification each time the subscriber's name appears on a Connecticut Law Tribune court calendar or when new opinions are issued.
To obtain access to the Connecticut Law Tribune website, email customercare@alm.com to get your username and password. Please provide us with the exact spelling of your name on your paper subscription and the address in which it is delivered.
Q. I want to renew my subscription, can I do that online?
A. At this time, we are unable to renew subscriptions online; however we would gladly take your payment over the phone.
Q. What if my address changes?
A. We mail renewal notices beginning 6 weeks prior to the expiration date, either directly to you or to the bill-to address that was given to us when the subscription was ordered or you can contact customercare@alm.com for an exact date.
Q. When does my subscription expire/how can I renew?

Q. My copy didn't arrive, or it arrived with sections missing. How do I get a replacement?
A. We will be happy to send you a replacement if your copy is lost or stolen, or if you receive an incomplete copy. If you receive your copy by one of our hand delivery services or by US Mail, please call us at 877-256-2472 as early as possible so we can get a replacement copy out to you promptly.
Q. How can I get an extra copy/back issue?
A. Single copies of the current issue or back issues of the last six months are available for sale. Pre-payment is required. Call 877-256-2472 to place your order.
Q. I want to get the paper cheaper. How can I do that?
A. Substantial savings are available for subscribers taking a two year term. Reduce your paperwork and save! Contact us for details at 877-256-2472.
Q. Are group discounts available?
A. Group discounts and IP authenticated site licenses are available for firms or organizations ordering multiple copies. Delivery to a single location is not required. Contact our Audience Development department at 404-521-1227 for more information.
