I am so sad this happened to anyone, but glad the vet received some compensation. The real crime - or the first crime here is keeping dogs in a junkyard. If it isn‘t outlawed it should be. Dogs are pack animals and need to be part of their human group. Chaining them up, leaving them out, or keeping them in a junkyard is criminal. It‘s one of the worst things that can be done to a dog. It pains them every second of every day and wears on them. So I‘m not surprised they attacked someone. Because they were made to be "junkyard dogs" this vet has been injured for life and has PTSD from it. And the dogs paid with their lives. Whoever put them in the junkyard got away scot free. Shame.
