So the queen jew, Joette Katz is the chair of the editorial board of the ct law rag. She gets two butt kissing lawyers to write lies about people‘s access to the courts. Note the Katz was a justice on Ahneman v Ahneman where the court ruled that the trial court must entertain all questions that arise in a family matter. But now the jewish overlords reserve court time for people with money, not pro se people fighting to protect their kids. Jews all.

Someone should educate Cuda and Pyetroka that Chapter 25 of the practice book is separate from Chapter 11, because 25 is about children.....got it....children. Guessing Cuba and Pyetrumka have no kids. Morons in suits.

It is about children you idiots. State Constitution gives everyone open and free access to the courts. If it is a matter about your own child there is no restriction by court rule or practice book. The state supreme court decided the issue in 1924 and upheld it in 1998. Courts of continuing jurisdiction over children cannot lock the door to parents. Grow up you imbecile. All the court did was to uphold tyranny and treason against the Constitution. Pretty typical for the jewdicary of Corrupticut.
