It should be laughed out of court. With such logic, Boeing Aircraft should be sued for the 9-11 atrocities. Such stupidity!

This lawsuit has the wrong target. Who should be targeted is the State of Connecticut, the trafficking and destruction of families happening in our broken and corrupt DCF and family court systems, and the preying on families and children of autism and special needs -- by this state. Every day, this stateā€˜s broken family courts and at DCF, this state is working diligently to create the next tragedy - as a matter of policy, and by leaving vulnerable children in the hands of abusive and over protective pathological parents. Every day. Deliberately. This is what these lawsuits should be properly targeting.
