A local grievance panel found probable cause that the respondent attorney was not diligent and failed to communicate adequately, in violation of Rules 1.3, 1.4, 1.5(b), and 8.1 of the Rules of Professional Conduct. The respondent attorney, Gregory Granger, was admitted to the practice of law in December 1989, and Judge Corinne Klatt suspended the respondent in June 2010.
