Misluck v. Granger
An attorney who already is the subject of a disciplinary matter may consent to the consolidation of the disciplinary matters and his presentation to court for discipline. A local grievance panel found probable cause that the respondent attorney was not diligent and failed to communicate adequately, in violation of Rules 1.3, 1.4, 1.5(b), and 8.1 of the Rules of Professional Conduct. The respondent attorney, Gregory Granger, was admitted to the practice of law in December 1989, and Judge Corinne Klatt suspended the respondent in June 2010. The respondent already is the subject of another disciplinary matter. The respondent and his attorney, Elizabeth Potts Berman, consented to the consolidation of the disciplinary matters. The Statewide Grievance Committee ordered the respondent attorney's presentment to Superior Court for discipline.
