The Big Banks are laughing their way "to the bank" and the Comptrolor of the Currency is skipping along side yelling "preemption".The money is petty cash and another $10 billion will buy-off the auditors. Think about what is accruing to JPMorgan when the deal is you pay nothing, just grant a book "credit"
Has anyone in Connecticut noticed the abject FAILURE of AG Jepson ,the CT.Governor and the CT. Banking Commissioner to even propose the kind of rigorous consumer protection implemented in California by legislation, in New York by regulation and in Mass. by a courageous determined AG.
This "honor" is an insulting farce . A Boston lawyer, taking on a despicable Senator once said "Have your no shame".
