The respondent attorney, Ann Monaghan of Chester, is represented by William Andrew Lichtenfels and is already the subject of a disciplinary matter. The Statewide Grievance Committee ordered the respondent attorney's presentment to Superior Court for discipline, to consolidate the disciplinary matters.
