To rebut the presumption of discrimination in violation of Connecticut General Statutes §31-290a for filing a workers' compensation claim, one legitimate nondiscriminatory reason sufficed for terminating the plaintiff's employment and the trial court was not required to examine every reason or explanation set forth by the defendant as long as it met its burden of producing one legitimate reason.
