    My thoughts are that there should not be CT General Statutes concerning horses as possible dangerous animals. The equine lawyer noted the right answer. Horses are not predatory animals, rather prey animals. Why hurt the whole industry because of one case which seems to be irresponsible parenting or another issue that isn't related to the overall industry nor explained well-enough for my understanding? It is sad to blame an animal who didn't intend to hurt a child.
