The Federal Housing Finance Agency has reached settlements worth $5.1 billion with JPMorgan Chase in connection with residential mortgage-backed securities and single-family mortgages purchased by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. JPMorgan did not admit liability or wrongdoing.
