A single sentence from a new book by Judge Richard Posner of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit recently created a firestorm around the Internet. In "Reflections on Judging," Posner wrote, "I plead guilty" to having authored the majority opinion in Crawford v. Marion County Election Board, which, in 2007, affirmed Indiana's voter identification law.
