I wish Mr. Pattis could tell us how it is the Massachusetts Courts can justifying holding this child. The child was not a resident of this state, she was simply seeking care here.I have yet to meet the attorney who can explain what legal basis is being used to hold this child, a child from another state. This case is more troubling than Mr. Pattis makes it out to be. This appears to be a court that has no respect for our laws and the rights of our families. Determining which court has jurisdiction on a member of society is not all that complicated, however the judge in this case appears to be ignoring the facts, no wonder they want a gag order.
