The employees on the bottom rung of the law office payroll often do the tedious work. But, basically, we trust them with our careers.

    If the minimum wage had kept pace with inflation it would now be much higher than $10.10 an hour. That‘s why steps like this - whether voluntary, by good employers, or mandated by state or federal law - are so critical to bringing hard working people out of poverty.
