The trial court did not abuse its discretion in modifying the plaintiff's child support obligations. The defendant, Christine Stanton, appealed from the trial court's order granting her postjudgment motion for modification of the parties' separation agreement. The defendant contended that the trial court erred in reducing the child support obligations of the plaintiff, Christopher Stanton, despite finding that the plaintiff's income had substantially increased. The Appellate Court affirmed the judgment, simply noting that after examining the record and briefs and considering the parties' arguments, the panel was not persuaded that the court abused its discretion in modifying the plaintiff's child support obligations.
